Vancouver Pride Classic 2013

The Vancouver Pride Classic was a huge success.  Thank you to all our participants and volunteers!

Registration closed on July 21st, 2013.

The Vancouver Cutting Edges, Western Canada’s only gay mens hockey club, are excited to announce the Vancouver Pride Classic August 1st - 3rd, 2013! Coinciding with Vancouver Pride and the best time to visit Vancouver, the tournament will enhance a perfect week for players and their traveling friends and family to enjoy one of the world’s most beautiful cities, play excellent hockey and meet players from around North America and the world.


The Vancouver Pride Classic tournament will feature:

·         3 game minimum per team

·         Two divisions of play – recreational and advanced

·         Team and individual player registration

·         2010 Winter Olympic venue facility with baggage storage and Canada Line (subway) access

·         Three host hotels with great rates if booked prior to May 31st

·         Final wrap up party following the tournament finals on Saturday, August 3rd

·         Sunday, August 4th all-player march in the Vancouver Pride Parade in support of the You Can Play project

All games will take place at Hillcrest Rink in the Riley Park Community Centre, home to the 2010 Winter Olympic Curling competition and conveniently located within minutes of downtown Vancouver and host hotels.
